1. The service

The Tool uses artificial intelligence to generate name suggestions (baby, pet, business, brand, username, fantasy and custom categories) with meanings and origins, based on the inputs you provide. It is offered free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Tool to:

• Generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates the rights of others.
• Impersonate any real person or brand or infringe trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property.
• Attempt to overload, abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the Tool, our infrastructure or the underlying AI provider.
• Re-sell, white-label or relicense the Tool or its outputs as your own AI product.
• Submit confidential, personal or sensitive information as input.

3. AI-generated content

All names, meanings and origins shown by the Tool are produced by an artificial intelligence model. Results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, outdated, culturally insensitive, biased or coincidentally identical to existing names, trademarks, brands, people or fictional characters.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and deciding whether to use any generated name. Before adopting a name — especially for a child, a business, a trademark or any public use — you should independently verify spelling, meaning, pronunciation, cultural appropriateness, trademark availability and domain availability with qualified sources or professionals.

4. Ownership of outputs

Subject to these Terms and to the policies of the underlying AI provider, you may use the generated names for personal and commercial purposes. We make no claim of ownership over the names you choose to use. However, we cannot guarantee that any generated name is unique, original, available as a trademark, or free from third-party rights.

5. No warranty

The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated names are accurate, appropriate or available for any specific use.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Tool or any name generated by it — including legal, trademark, branding, emotional, financial or reputational consequences.

7. Third-party services & ads

The Tool relies on third-party services (hosting, AI providers, analytics) and may appear alongside third-party advertising on the host site. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third parties.

8. Changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Tool, or update these Terms, at any time without notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
